Our story
The history of RB Hold dates back to the founding of Previnet in 1995, a company established through a joint initiative by Generali and Banca Commerciale Italiana to provide outsourced services to pension funds and the insurance and financial sectors.
Today, RB Hold is an integrated ecosystem that brings together vertical and complementary expertise thanks to the specialization of its companies: Previnet, providing administrative and technological outsourcing for supplemental benefits, including cross-border plans spanning multiple EU member states; Previmedical, a leading third-party administrator (TPA) for supplemental healthcare; RB Care, focused on personalized treatment plans and access to a network of top-tier healthcare providers; Iama Consulting, a partner in innovation and strategic consulting for the financial market; Sintea, a software house specializing in solutions for financial intermediaries; and RB Tech, the Group’s technology hub.
